Child Policy
- In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
- Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children between age 2 to 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
- Children above age 12 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark Important Information
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Swim attire policy: The guest should change in swimwear before entering waters.
- No refunds will be provided if the guests are prohibited due to their attire improper for a waterpark
- Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the time
- Children aged 3 years and above, with a height exceeding 1.2 meters, are permitted.
- No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed into Aqua-venture.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark offers family-friendly zones.
- Some attractions may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
- Enter all pools and attractions feet first for safety; diving is not permitted.
- Sharing transfers can be arranged from a centrally located Dubai Hotel/Residence only.
- Additional surcharge for pick-up from areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels/Residences.
- Timing on sharing transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic conditions and location.
